North Head to Barrenjoey Headland

This bombora rises up from about 18m to 7m and can break in most seas, so take care. Troll for Kingfish, Bonito, Tailor and Salmon
Bluefish Point- 33.48.430 151.18.450
Approx 1nm from North Head, Bluefish Point waters are about 18m deep near the shore and drop to about 30m about 1km out from the shore.Close in you will get Yellowtail for livebait and further out you can get Kingfish, Bream, Trevally, Snapper and Bream and Morwong.

This area rises from about 50m off sandy bottom to a reef about 40m deep. Very productive for Snapper, Trevally, Morwong and Leatherjackets.
Manly/North Steyne Reef- 33.47.469 151.17.400
Located directly out from Manly/North Steyne beaches and about halfway between the north headland of Freshwater beach and the headland of South Manly. It rises up from a sandy bottom of 12-14m to a peak of 6-8m Mulloway, Snapper, Kinfish, Bream, John Dory, Bonito, Tailor, Salmon and Flathead are the targets here.

These are moved around a fair bit and this whole area is worth trying for Marlin, Kingfish, Salmon, Bonito, Trevally and Dolphin fish. Casting or trolling lures the way to go here.
Freshwater Wide- 33.46.500 151.21.800
Large reef area that rises from a depth of 44-50m and is surrounded by sand and mud. Agood place to drift for Snapper, Morwong, Kingfish, Trevally, Leatherjackets and Flathead.
Dee Why Wide- 33.45.469 151.17.400
Long stretch of reef that runs northeast /southeast at a depth of 54-58m. Species caught here, Morwong, Snapper, Leatherjackets, Mulloway, Teraglin and Tuna.

Approx 6nm from north head about 56m deep, drifting grounds for Flathead, Snapper and Morwong.
